What Are We Expecting From Infinix Phones

Well, there are some features we are patiently waiting to get from Infinix this year 2021 and some of them are listed below.

5G Network

It’s no longer news that the latest trend now is the 5G network. Many folks feel like 5G is one of the features that qualify a device to be called a flagship. Apart from that, 5G will enable fast internet access and also come with some advantages in terms of online gaming and video calls. So we are expecting Infinix Zero 9 or note 9 to come with a 5G network on the board.

Performance Upgrade

Granted, we have some Infinix phones that offer smooth performance. However, we need some upgrades. So in terms of performance, we are expecting something special from Infinix like an upgraded chipset. Even though the chip is still in the midrange, we still want something better than the usual Mediatek P35 SOC.

At least, let us get something like a MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset integrated with a 5G network found on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T. Or better still a highly performing Snapdragon chipset will also be better. In all, we want something better and we deserve it from Infinix.

The Near Field Communication (NFC) technology is one of the features you will find on most budget phones but always missing on Infinix phone. NFC allows users to make secure transactions, exchange digital content and connect electronic devices with a touch. This is a feature that you can use for mobile payment without any card. So we are patiently waiting for the first Infinix phone that will come with NFC support.

What you Should Not Expect From Infinix Phones This Year

Well, there are some features that no matter how hard we want, we can’t really get them. Some of these features are not coming on Infinix phones this year. The reason is understandable and that is a simple price tag.

We all know that Infinix focused on the budget. They produce affordable smartphones. So for now, we are not expecting an Infinix phone with an IP68 rating and wireless charging technology. The IP68 rating is what makes a device waterproof and water-resistant.
